Hot Melt Adhesive Coating

The process of hot melt adhesive coating involves application of pressure sensitive melted glue coat on required surface (as for instance, on books during binding process) like packaging cartons, garments, fiber, leather etc for bonding purpose. Applied melted coating is then allowed to cool down to achieve desired bonding result. Due to solvent and water free composition, applied coatings have standard viscosity level. Hot melt adhesive coatings eliminate the usage of dryer to remove their moisture content. Being Eco-friendly, these adhesives are safe to handle.  Being viscous by composition, these glues require minimal dosage to apply for achieving effective result.
