Hot Melt Adhesive

Solvents and water free hot melt adhesives are required for carton sealing, book binding, tapes and label making procedures. This range of non toxic grade glues is applied by adhesive guns. These polymer based adhesives are environment friendly and are safe to handle.  Polyolefin, EVA and polyester based hot melt adhesives are high temperature proof, impact protected and have good shear strength.  Presence of tackifying resins in these adhesives improves their wetting attributes. Synthetic/microcrystalline /natural wax found in the composition of these adhesives boosts their bonding characteristics. Ingredients like antioxidants and plasticizers are also used to formulate these glues for attaining features like flexibility and toughness.
